These terms

By placing an order you agree to these terms. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we email you to confirm dispatch. If a piece turns out to be unavailable, or has been listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may decline the order and refund you in full.

Prices

Prices are in euro and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but never after your order is confirmed.

Products

We photograph everything as accurately as we can, but screens vary and natural materials vary between batches. Small differences in colour and grain are a property of the material, not a fault.

Returns

See Returns. Your right to cancel under EU consumer law is in addition to that policy.

Liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breaking these terms. We are not responsible for unforeseeable loss, or for business losses. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus, and disputes fall to the courts of Cyprus.
