When you place an order we collect your name, email address, delivery and billing address, and phone number. Payment card details are handled entirely by our payment processor and are never stored by us. When you browse, we collect standard analytics data such as pages viewed and device type.

Why we collect it

To take payment, deliver your order, handle returns, answer your questions and — if you have opted in — to send you marketing email. We also use aggregate analytics to understand which parts of the store are working.

Who we share it with

Only the parties needed to run the shop: our ecommerce platform, our payment processor and our delivery partners. We do not sell your data to anyone.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for seven years, as tax law requires. Marketing preferences are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is kept for 24 months.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.

We use cookies that are necessary for the cart and checkout to function, plus analytics cookies you can decline. Declining will not affect your ability to shop.
