How do I know what size to order?

Every product page has a size guide with flat measurements for that category. If you are between sizes, take the larger one for knitwear and outerwear and the smaller one for shirts. Our care team is happy to advise on a specific piece.

When will my order arrive?

Within Cyprus, 2 to 4 working days as standard or next working day with express. See Shipping for other destinations.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, email us and we will amend or cancel it. Once it is on its way, the simplest route is to return it.

Do you restock sold-out pieces?

Core pieces are restocked continuously. Seasonal and sale pieces usually are not. Save anything you are waiting on to your wishlist and get in touch — we will tell you honestly whether it is coming back.

How should I care for merino and cashmere?

Hand wash cold or dry clean, dry flat away from direct heat, and never tumble dry. Air knitwear between wears rather than washing it every time; it will last considerably longer.

Do you offer alterations?

Yes. Trousers bought in store can be hemmed free of charge, usually within three working days. For online orders, contact us and we will arrange it.

Which payment methods do you accept?

All major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Everything is processed by Shopify Payments; we never see your card details.
