Returns

30 days, free within Cyprus

Return anything within 30 days of delivery, unworn and with its tags attached, and we will refund the original payment method. Returns are free within Cyprus. Returns from elsewhere in the EU cost €12, deducted from your refund.

How to return

Email care@fashionistapremiumcyprus.com with your order number and the pieces you would like to send back. We will reply with a prepaid label and instructions. Drop the parcel at any partner point.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us we inspect it and issue the refund within three working days. Depending on your bank, it can take a further five working days to appear on your statement. You will get an email at each step.

Exchanges

The fastest way to change a size or colour is to return the original and place a new order, so the piece you want is reserved for you straight away.

What we cannot accept

Pieces that have been worn, washed, altered or had their tags removed, and anything returned after 30 days. Underwear and swimwear are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights.
